Propolis is a sticky resin, which seeps from the buds of certain trees. Common bees (Apis melifera L.) gather propolis and carry it home. The worker bees take the resinous material and add salivary secretions and wax flakes to it. Scientific research has nowadays established the genuineness of empirical theories claiming propolis to have excellent antibacterial, antifungal, anti-imflammatory, antiviral, local anesthetic, and biostimulative properties. Propolis comprises a large number of active substances. Accordingly, we strongly recommend Apipol Propolis Drops as a natural immune booster.
Composition:
15 percent of propolis dry matter dissolved in an alcoholic medium and selectively purified.
Properties and effects: Expertly selected quality propolis and alcohol was used in the process of extracting propolis. Upon selective purification, anti-microbial properties of propolis were confirmed while the TLC method was used to evaluate the quantity of the GALANGIN bioflavanoid. Anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and biostimulative properties of propolis were preserved that way.
Area of application: For symptoms of colds, flu, sore throat caused by bacteria and viruses as well as for boosting the body's resistance and immune system after illness. It is successfully applied in skin lesions (external application), and for defending or protecting from disease or infection.
